ContentSwitch offers the following software services:

Consulting - Mapping out customer's business objectives for an envisaged project, how a potential solution could be structured and designed and the business process surrounding the solution.
Design - Take the business design into account and map out the technical solution / development required to realize it. The design will break the implementation down in smaller phases that will allow for rapid deployment of completed work at regular intervals for the customer to see as the solution progresses to finalization. The technical design document will be used as the basis for the software development. Any changes to the specification will be tracked through a change control procedure.
Develop - Coding the system, testing and the initial deployment to a live environment.
Operate - ContentSwitch can operate systems technically on behalf of customers. This includes technical system administration, database administration, server health and monitoring and incident support.
Maintain - Provide bug fixes, small enhancements for optimization and performance tuning.
